Just finished doing my FHH self-reflection project.
Spent around 1 hour to do it. And it's finally done!!!
Today was a tiring day as i didn't have enough sleep.
But i managed to stay awake the whole lesson and IS!! =)

Oh yes. And to think that I'm feeling down this few days over a certain matter which only I know.
But yeah. I'm feeling great now!! woohoo~ whahahaa..... =)

Today was an enjoyable day.
Because today is Kian Guo's birthday and we celebrated it at Kallang KBox..
There were total 14 of us including me. We got damn high while singing and really enjoyed ourselves. Time passed so fast that I'm back home now blogging. Haha! And there's school tomorrow~

It was Kenrick's birthday yesterday. March 6 2010.
After English class yesterday, I went to West Mall to collect the cake and returned promptly to the classroom to celebrate his 21st birthday.
The whole class celebrated his birthday together. He was rather surprised i guessed and I can see that he was touched.
I am also happy that finally DPB110 have a class photo together!! =)

For my recent IS practical lesson, i have learnt about cream puff and chocolate eclair.
I enjoyed doing both of it as it was my favourite especially chocolate eclair!!
woo. The chocolate cream inside the chocolate eclair and the dark chocolate on top of it. Is very mouth watering.
Thanks Shatec for teaching about choux paste. =)

What a stressful day for me. Today was quite a fuck-up day. This was the first time that i raised my voice over my parents quarreling. They were quarreling about the pineapple tarts issue. I had no choice but to raise my voice to explain to my dad about what my mum said.

Oh my god. Today i felt so stupid! I was rushing from home to the train and i needed to top-up my ez-link card. I had only 1 note of $50 with me so I had no choice but to top up $50 into the card!!
It was supposed to be my expenses but now "poof", my money is gone.
Fuck the top-up machine. Wonders why it do not have change for $50!!!!! Laugh Out Loud Sadly..

My 1st Week in school

My 1st week in shatec was a very enjoyable one. I had made quite a number of friends already.
First practical lesson we did was a spring cleaning of the kitchen. Wiping of table tops, checking for expired flours, sweeping and mopping the floor.

The second practical lesson we did was to make meringues, instant custard cream and homemade pastry cream. 5 of it in few hours. I remembered it was quite rushing as time was constrained.
The lesson ended late.

The third practical lesson we did was to make tarts!! Walnut tarts and fruit tarts. Although the fruit tarts were abit thick, but it was still delicious.
The lesson ended late again.

Will stop blogging for now. I will ontinue tomorrow!! =)
